If you order a DreamBox, you have the option of purchasing it pre-built, or assembling it yourself. All other furniture pieces come flat packed in order to avoid damages in shipping and make it easier to move into your home. All furniture pieces come with detailed instructions to assist you in the building process. We are always open to improving instructions and helping our customers. Building time for the DreamBox, WorkBox, Ultimate SewingBox, Studio Tower, and Her HobbyBox is typically anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on experience.
Yes, up to a 2 year manufacturer's warranty from time of purchase for the DreamBox WorkBox 3.0 (manufactured after February 2018) and Ultimate SewingBox. Subject to parts and/or shipping charges for replacement parts, if damages are outside of our 1 to 2-year manufacturer warranty.
All of our products come flat packed and will need to be assembled. They will be shipped by a 3rd party freight shipping company. Our shipping and delivery charges only cover CURBSIDE delivery. Accessories do not need a custom pallet to ship and shipping prices are also determined by weight and location. Reference the picture below to see how the DreamBox, Hobby Box, DreamCart, and Sew Station will ship.

You may be contacted if price changes, you have additional charges, or receive money back. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, if you live abroad and are able to arrange your own insured international freight shipping, we will gladly work with you.
We have teamed up with Bread to offer easy financing – without a catch. There are no gimmicks like deferred interest or hidden fees, so the total you see at checkout is always what you actually pay. Does Bread perform a credit check?
Bread performs a “soft credit check” which will not affect your credit score! If you return to Bread for future purchases, Bread may run additional “soft credit checks.”
Who can apply for a loan with Bread?
U.S. residents over the age of 18 (19 for Alabama or Nebraska residents) are eligible, provided we can verify the customer's identity. Unfortunately, the Bread product is not offered in Idaho, Iowa, and West Virginia at this time.
How is the APR (annual percentage rate) on my loan determined?
Bread works with Cross River Bank (a New Jersey state-chartered bank) to look at the credit risk of you as a borrower, and to give you a rate that fits your credit profile.

If your boxes arrived damaged from the freight carrier, please make a note of this damage with the driver. Also take as many pictures as you can and e-mail them to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the subject line: DAMAGES and a description of the damaged boxes or pieces. We work very hard in our warehouse to avoid damages by doing a double check of our inventory before it leaves our warehouse, building custom pallets, and offering a *1-year manufacturer warranty on all of our products and a 2 year manufacturer warranty on the DreamBox, WorkBox 3.0, and the Ultimate SewingBox. Below is what our WorkBox 3.0 looks like shipped.

Our Clear Acrylic totes are made with an acrylic blend and built for toughness and durability. They are dish washer safe on the top rack of the dishwasher, or easily cleaned with soap and water. BPA Free and Food Safe by the FDA.
