You asked, and we listened! If you've got some questions about the pre-built service before you complete your DreamBox purchase, here's a quick recap of everything you'll need to know about the process:
What does pre-built mean?
We will build your box in our warehouse and deliver it to you. Simply uncrate your Box, connect the sections and install the shelves. This means you can get right to the fun part, as your estimated build time is cut down from 5-10 hours to just 1-3. Many customers say they are able to start moving in their supplies within an hour!
What can you expect as your package arrives?
Once your Box is fully crafted at our warehouse, we will send a tracking number to your email so you can follow your order every step of the way. As it arrives at your local delivery hub, they will contact you to schedule a time for curbside delivery. Usually, the delivery will take place within 2-3 business days.

On the day of your delivery, the pre-built DreamBox will be placed on your driveway in a box. We highly recommend that you have a friend or a family member with you to help unbox it and bring your order inside. With an extra pair of hands, you’ll be able to get your DreamBox up and ready in no time!
As you unpack the crate, you will find three separate pieces of your DreamBox pre-assembled and ready to be connected together. Since your order is pre-built, you won’t have to worry about assembling the frame of your DreamBox yourself. All you’ll need to do is connect the three pieces together, install the shelves, and then your DreamBox will be ready to stand on its own!
