Prices and Sales Tax
**Please Note: We are required to collect sales tax on all items delivered in Utah.
We offer financing through PayBright and we accept the PayPal Bill Me Later Program. For more information about the PayPal Bill Me Later Program click here. We no longer offer our Lay-Away program.
Assembly is required on all furniture. We do not ship assembled units.
We provide with each shipment a detailed set of instructions and a video link.
If your shipment does not have instructions please call our customer service line at 1(866) 773-2036 and we will e-mail you a copy.
We highly recommend two people assembling all of our products.

Our Return Policy
All of the Original ScrapBox™ products are guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your furniture order within 30 days of receipt (a 10% restocking fee may be assessed).
After 30 days, The Original ScrapBox™ will replace your merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to one year. (Not including dings and chips that could have been cause during assembly process) **This does not apply to our furniture found on our "specials" page
Please note however, that shipping costs/value (both shipped to you and shipped back to our warehouse) is non-refundable, except under special circumstances, and will be deducted from the price paid if returned ($300-$600 each way).

On all pre-orders there will be a $25 (USD) charge for cancellation. This covers the bank and processing fees.
All cancellations on any order will also be charged a 10% fee, capped at $25 (USD).
